Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the images.

Also contained in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
